MODEL RELEASE
By using my service, you are agreeing to allow me to use a portion of your photos for marketing purposes. This includes posting "sneak peeks" to my social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) and on my website to showcase in my portfolio. If you wish for me to not use any of your photos for marketing please contact me BEFORE booking your photoshoot.
DEPOSITS
All photoshoots require a 20% deposit to secure your date and time.
Deposit is non-refundable.
RECEIVING YOUR PHOTOS/AMOUNT OF PHOTOS RECEIVED
You will receive a private link to your photos 24-72 hours after your photoshoot is complete. Your gallery can only be viewed through this link.
The amount of photos listed with each service is an approximate number. Remember QUALITY over QUANTITY :) The number of photos also depends on the weather, people and many other factors. Examples include:
You're more likely to receive more images on a sunny day than a rainy day, but less images on a sunny day than you would receive on on an overcast day.
If I'm doing a family portrait with toddlers who are going through their "terrible two" phase, you'll most likely receive less photos than a family with older kids.
If I'm given the freedom to move around and try different poses/angles you're more likely to get more images than if I'm stuck in one spot the whole time.
BOOKING A PHOTOSHOOT/DAY OF PHOTOSHOOT
I will accept last minute shoots but is not always possible. To ensure a time and date please book out at least a week in advance.
If you are late to your photoshoot, that cuts into your time! Example, if you are 10 minutes late to your 30 minute mini session, your session will now only be 20 minutes long. If you’re 15 minutes late to any shoot and I have not heard confirmation from you that you are coming I reserve the right to move on.
